My Art, My VoiXce

When I create I speak. When I don't create my voice ceases to exist. As an artist what inspires my work is a combination of elements based on observation, layered over abstract ideologies of the future. The goal of my work is to liberate the unconscious mind from the consequences and effects of industrialization, technology and science.

How I make decision in the course of my work, why I select certain materials and colors are however deliberated actions. My images are created by decomposition. Decomposition is both conceptual and intuitive. It is a process of accumulation and deterioration which provides a way to an harmonious composition. In my work, I seek to transcend the limits imposed by the structure of the canvas. This strategy has greatly been inspired by my observation of decaying materials and structures. 

My work is about research and experimentation. It is about pushing established self limitations, by letting the invading information take control of the imagination. It is indeed a trance; it is a dance between perspective, information storage and mediums of expression.
